What's your favorite throwback style???

Hey fashion lovers!!!
Its pretty obvious that fashion hasn't truly changed from one time to the other...we just find new ways of reinventing it. Tie-dyes, platforms, high-waisted, cut off jeans, tube socks...the list goes on and on!!! Regardless of what it is, we will always find new ways of making it look cool all over again...or at least try to. You have to admit...there are some things that should stay dead in the fashion world. Yeah, our parents might laugh when they see us wearing what they used to wear, but I guess this wheel of fashion gives each generation a view of what it was like back in the day.

One of my favorite throwbacks was wearing torn oversized boy jeans. Definitely a 90s thing (LOL)!!!

What was your favorite throwback style and would you still wear it today???

Warm Weather Accessorizing

Yes!!! The warm weather is finally upon us and its time to slowly start packing away those heavy winter clothes and bring out the bright, the bold, and the light-weight. I know I was so glad to start wearing my light-weight jackets and get rid of those thick scarfs and winter hats.

Anyway, Kara Laramie from Styline Magazine gives us a lesson in accessorizing when making the transition from winter to spring/summer. Accessories are not needed in every outfit you wear because some things just look good just the way they are, but it doesn't hurt to add a little something to make it complete.

Accessorizing doesn't mean wearing all of jewelry at the same time or trying figure out how you're going to "match" every single belt and hand bag (or man bag) with all your shoes. One thing that I like to tell people is dress the way you feel. Now if you're shopping on a budget, just make sure that your "metals" don't tarnish and your "diamonds" don't fall out piece by piece.

Guys...no need to wear a hat all the time and its ok to let go of the typical blue and black belts. When shopping for jewelry, bracelets are not just for women. I was so glad that my husband finally decide to wear a simple black Invicta bracelet when he feels like being casual.

Plastic Surgeons Predict the New Hottest Surgery

Hey beauty junkies! Once again I found another great article that is a must read. The issue that never gets old...plastic surgery and why continue to support it.

I understand that each of us needs a little pick-me-up and there are more than enough areas that could use some improving. But why spend the money on plastic surgery? Teeth-whiting is okay and I'm even leaning on the botox. It just amazes me that to be "more accepted" in today's America, or maybe in other countries, no one wants a "tired old face" anymore. Youthfullness starts attractions, attractions bring opportunities, opportunites bring money. Everyone from the CEO to the waitress, it seems like no matter who your are, you can benefit from a little nip-tuck.
